Some say there’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad preparation.  The weather here can be unpredictable at the best of times, especially if you’re heading out to the Wild West, so it pays to be prepared for all weathers.  We have some world class hikes that you won’t want to miss!

Our must bring recommendations,

• Warm clothing, even in Summer

• Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat, Bug Repellent

• Head Torch/Torch with red light for wildlife watching at night

• Rain Coat/Waterproof clothing for some all weather hiking

• Walking Boots/Sturdy Footwear to tackle our hikes

• Packing Cell’s (Makes keeping organized in a small space a lot easier)

• Refillable Water Bottle

• Card Games/Books

• Cash/Coins for some campsites/showers/laundry machines

• Rucksack/Day Pack/Camelback

• Soft Shell Luggage Bag (Makes storing this away in the van a lot easier compared to hard shell cases)

• Binoculars/Camera for some bird and wildlife watching

• Laptop/Tablet with some downloaded movies/series etc. for those chill out nights after a long day exploring

• Tasmania National Parks Pass, available to purchase when you arrive at Parks offices, or in advance online.
